1. Site publisher

The site is published by a private individual acting in a non-professional capacity.

In accordance with article 6, III, 2° of the LCEN, and in order to protect their privacy, the publisher has chosen not to make their personal contact details public(name, postal address, phone). Their full identity has been provided to the site's host (see section 2), who keeps it available to the competent authorities.

3. Hosting of application data

Data of users of the BeePilot mobile application is hosted via theSupabase platform, on infrastructure located in theEuropean Union (AWS data centres in the EU region). Processing is covered by a data processing agreement (DPA) compliant with article 28 GDPR. See theprivacy policy.

4. Intellectual property

The “BeePilot” brand, the logo, the graphic design, texts, visuals and, more generally, all content on this site are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the publisher, and may constitute infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

5. Hyperlinks

The site may contain links to third-party sites (for example the app stores). The publisher has no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content, availability or use.

6. Liability and disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is”. The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published but cannot guarantee it to be complete, accurate or up to date, nor that the site is error-free or permanently available. Use of the information is at the user's sole responsibility.

Important notice regarding beekeeping content. The information presented on this site and provided by the application (in particular regarding colony health, varroa, treatments, foraging weather or floral resources) ispurely informational and intended as a tracking aid. Itdoes not constitute veterinary, health or regulatory advice and cannot replace consulting a veterinarian, a health technician or a competent animal-health body. It in no way exempts the beekeeper from complying with their legal obligations, in particular the mandatory annual declaration of hives, keeping thelivestock register, and complying with the regulations applicable to veterinary medicines (marketing authorisations, prescriptions). Data from third-party sources (weather, mapping, agricultural data) is provided without warranty. The user remains solely responsible for decisions made based on this information.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. Consumers may resort to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of any dispute.
